Website functionality is changing once again. A second modification has been added in the span of one week whereby residents can now create a classified post for items they wish to sell or seeking to purchase. Any resident can create a classified (click here) that will be shown (click here) for 30 days or until the resident requests the classified be removed earlier. You can re-enter the classified after it has been automatically deleted and the 30 day window starts anew. In creating the classified you must complete three data fields: your name, classified title and item description. Item description has a 1000 character limit and does not accept photos or links.

When creating the item description be as complete as possible (brand, color, features, etc.) while ensuring to provide the sale, or desired purchase, price of the item and your preferred contact information. Be aware, classifieds deemed inappropriate and/or offensive (use your imagination here) will be removed and the BOD notified. If the classified creator name is not known to the community the classified will also be removed. Classifieds are accessed from the second menu bar selection and require the same user name and password used for reading minutes.

There is a need to have a specific written commitment from Blenheim on what steps will be taken to remediate the issues along with timelines which should be closely monitored by the county. We have engaged our attorney to represent our interests in this regard... Click here to read the full article in The Breeze.
